• Student Data Privacy Agreement (DPA)

  FlashMath's standard student data privacy agreement, following the Student Data Privacy Consortium's National Data Privacy Agreement structure. Covers data ownership, permitted use, AI provider restrictions, breach notification, and deletion.

• Subprocessor and Security Overview

  Every third party that processes Student Data on FlashMath's behalf, and the security practices applied to that data. Incorporated by reference into the DPA (Article II.5).

  Available to districts under review. Email education@flashmath.io and we will send the current version, which names every subprocessor with access to Student Data. Company gives at least 30 days' notice before adding a new one.
